Will I be charged sales tax?
We are required to collect sales tax only for orders shipped to addresses in the state of Iowa. We DO NOT charge sales tax for orders shipped outside the state of Iowa.

Can I cancel my order?
It may be possible to cancel your order before it ships. If you need to cancel your order, please reply to your order confirmation email. This will ensure that we have all pertinent information regarding your order. If your order has not shipped, we will attempt to cancel your order and a refund will be issued within 5 business days. If your order has shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel it. However, after you receive delivery of your order, you still have the option to return it in accordance with our return policy. DO NOT refuse delivery of your order. Refusing delivery will increase the amount of time it takes to process your return. Refer to the topic Can I return my order? for more information.

Can I return my order?
We take great pride in producing items of quality and excellent value. Nonetheless, we realize that there are certain situations that arise which may make it necessary for you to return your order. The first and most important step in the return process is to contact us. This will speed up our ability to process your return. You must contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order.

For cancelled orders that have already been shipped, simply send the products back to us. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the product back to Asbury Mitten Company. A refund will be issued as described at the end of this section.

For exchanges, send the product to be exchanged back to us. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the product back to Asbury Mitten Company. A refund will be issued as described at the end of this section and a new order can be placed for the other products you desire.

Returned items must be unused and free of damage to receive a refund. Please note that no refund will be issued for items that are returned either used or damaged. We recommend shipping the items in a box similar to the one we used to ship the items to you to minimize the chance of damage. We also recommend using a shipping method that provides a means of tracking your package. Insuring the package is your option. We cannot issue a refund for items we never receive. Once we receive the products and determine that they are unused and free of damage, a refund will be issued within 5 business days. The amount of the refund will be the original purchase price minus our cost of shipping.

We provide FREE SHIPPING to locations in the United States using the US Postal Service's Priority Mail service. Once your order has been processed, the standard shipping time to locations in the United States is 2-3 days.

Shipments to locations outside of the United States will have additional shipping and handling charges added to the order. Please contact us for a shipping quote. Destination charges are the responsibility of the customer.

What if I receive a damaged product?
If you notice that the packaging is damaged at the time of delivery, please make note of this with the delivery person. This will greatly speed up the process of filing a damage claim. DO NOT refuse delivery just because the package looks damaged since the products inside may not be damaged. If you receive a damaged product, it is important that you save the original packaging that the product was shipped in. Since we may need to file a claim with the carrier, it is important that you contact us as soon as you are aware of the damage.

How do I care for Asbury Mitten Company products?
For best results: Place the mittens in a washable mesh lingerie bag, machine wash in cold water and tumble dry on low heat. (Do not dry clean mittens, the chemicals can damage the polar fleece lining.)
